If you are wondering why Tom Calderwood is holding a plastic Spiderman with a Japanese headband tied around it, that is taking my place as I couldn't be there on the day of the picture. Tom was my officemate at the time, and the Japanese headband was a souvenir I had brought back from a vacation I took to Japan right after starting at GCC in 1982. Not sure why Tom had the Spiderman...
